Courageously Stand Up Again

Without hardships in life, there can be no genuine happiness.

If you look back on previous experiences in life, you will start to be aware that most of our greatest victories come after the most painful experiences of struggles. But being victorious is not defined by always getting or achieving what we want in life but by how we can rise or stand up again each time we fall.

The most important question we have to always ask ourselves are

  • What kind of attitude do I have when I am facing problems or difficulties in life?
  • Am I always complaining?
  • Does complaining about my situation make a difference?

The more we blame the situation, the people or anything outside ourselves, the more we suffer. We begin to feel hopeless when we wait for things to change or for people to change because it may never happen. The only thing you can change is how you view the situation. When you realise that you can take control of your life by changing your attitude, every unpleasant situation that you encounter becomes a learning opportunity, an opportunity to polish us to be the best version of ourselves.

We are all a work in progress so every time we fall, let’s courageously stand up again!
